Meet with the V.P. of Technology, then the CEO and the lead developer. Each person quizzed me on what I stated in my resume. Sometimes they would ask me questions outside my expertise. They would give me situation scenarios to problem solve. I think they probed me to see how I would do under pressure. They were very friendly and cordial. They were challenging interviews but they still respected me knowledge.
