There was a phone interview followed by a sit down. They sit down was just with HR, then I had another sit down with the lady who would be my future manager. She ended up not being my manager and they ended up offering me a position that was not what I had applied for.

The process included two back to back interviews, one with the head of all branches and one with hiring manager. Interviews were about 15 minutes long. The first interview was about your skillset along with what the job entails and the second one was more personal and about work experience.
