I was referred by 2 friends who already worked here. I came in on a Monday at 4:30pm, dressed in a shirt and tie with a completed application and a copy of my resume. Although they prefer you to come in between 2-4pm, the restaurant was slow, and I was given an interview on the spot. Interview was very casual and took about 20 minutes. 30 minutes after the interview, they called and offered me a job.
