I applied thorough campus and process had 2 rounds GD( which was group of 10 each and 3-4 were selected ) then selected once wer asked to fill a form which includes our personal as well as professional details . Then 2 days later PI which was done by the same person through SKYPE
It was good and interactive. Gave us ample of opportunity to express ourselves and our thoughts with respect to the post we were applying . Also asked what was our previous experience in this feild.

On campus.... It took only 5 minutes. Introduce yourself and why should we hire you and why are you interested in sales and finally Sell me cricket bat.. I am an football player. He will give 30 seconds time to think and answer for the final question
