It was a very lengthy interview process. There was a personality/ cognitive ability quiz, a pre-interview video round with recorded questions, a compentency based interview, a team exercise and presentation.

Consisted of a recorded interview, where I recorded answers via webcam and had 3 chances per question with approx. 1-3 mins for each question. Followed by a 40 minute Zoom interview a week later. It was a competency based interview and only STAR questions were asked.
