After an initial phone interview with the HR team, the first round of interview was setup up with the project leader. The interview took place virtually and last around 30 min. The hiring team was really friendly as well as the project leader in charge of the interview.

Describe yourself, summarize your former project, explain the laboratory technics that you used for your former project
Interview process was organised in 3 different rounds (HR, manager & team, higher management). The interview process was pretty fast and well organised. All the interviews were conducted via video calls online.
Quick; fit and presentation - not many opportunities to meet other team members but was still enjoyable. Definitely know the science and be prepare for questions from the team, as well as discussion points
1. talk with hiring manager 2. give ~ 45 min presentation followed by ~15 min questions and answer 3. 1-on-1 meeting with senior group members and 1-on-3 with junior members
