They also, ask the generic questions like: What interested you about the position? Where do you see yourself in 3 years? What do you expect to get out of the position? How do you go about planning?

The interview process was relatively quick and easy. Started with a phone interview and then I came in person to meet with both advisors. Met the staff. It was a great experience.
