I was flown over to their Sedro-Woolley office and was introduced to a few staff before starting my first of 3 interviews. It was all pretty standard, the people were friendly and professional.
HR phone screening going over behavioral questions and then a 30 minute technical interview with a member of HR and a current Project Engineer the next week. Interview was very conversational, highlighting engineering experiences on the resume.
