J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Janicki Industries en mars 2025
Entretien
HR interview, then video interview, and finally onsite. The questions focused mostly on past projects, some behavioral oriented ones, and general engineering skills. Enjoyed the team for the most part. The onsite felt very rushed and the few questions asked were generic and did not feel like they thoroughly assessed my skills and experiences. They have some interesting stuff going on at the company for sure either way.

Initial zoom interview, then invited for an on site interview. Met with HR, followed by a site tour consisting of 3 interviews with heads or leads of different departments. Honestly very conversational and pleasant. Diving into past projects, experience, and a few technical questions.
