They were very nice, and they even came to my University to offer on-site interviews. The 1st and 2nd interviews were your basic interview questions. The 3rd interview is an on-site interview where they finally bring engineers and they ask questions.
HR phone screening going over behavioral questions and then a 30 minute technical interview with a member of HR and a current Project Engineer the next week. Interview was very conversational, highlighting engineering experiences on the resume.
