The hiring process opened up with a 30 minute phone screening where they asked me to elaborate on my experiences. At the end of the phone screening, I was asked some brief, vague technical questions.

After applying, I got a call a few days later asking for an interview. I scheduling was prompt. I interviewed over teams, and the interviewers started the meeting on time. Very polite, personable people. The conversation was a little slow at first but eventually picked up.
