There was a phone call with the hiring manger who asked me about my experience. He then told me about the role he was hiring for and the team he was trying to assemble. He left room for my questions at the end. The second round was a technical screen using Coderpad and was conducted via a phone call rather than a video call which I thought was an interesting choice. They also left room for questions I had at the end.
