Standard quant phone interview. Thirty minutes and a few brainteasers.

Question 1
Unfair coin with P(H) = 1/3 and P(T) = 2/3.
a) How to make an event with 50% probability?
b) Expected number of flips until a realization occurs?
c) Can you create a strategy to reduce the number of flips necessary?
d) Can you create a strategy to reduce the number of flips necessary for an unfair coin with any bias?
2) Alice and Bob play baseball for two periods. Can Alice have a better batting average than Bob in the first period but Bob have a better batting average overall?
A phone call, about 40 mins long, there was no formalities only vet technical questions. Around about 4 questions, with extensions to them if you completed them quickly. You were expected to talk through your thought process and methods for solving these questions.

Hard, first interview wasn't so bad with some relatively basic probability questions, second interview was a massive step up contained much more difficult questions that took a longer period of time to answer

Zoom Interview with only audio. We had to think aloud while solving the questions. Questions were from estimation, probability and games. Lots of follow up questions were asked. It was difficult.
