Moved quickly from initial application to recruiter screen to hiring manager interview. Was given a timeframe when I would hear back on next steps for next round. Proceeded to receive zero communication (followed up twice with no reply). 4 weeks after interview occurred, posting was taken down and finally received an email informing me they moved forward with other candidates.

Asked about relevant experience. Dug in a lot to metrics and how we measured success. Hiring manager interview was strangely informal, very different from other interviews I've done at a company this size.
