She was direct about compensation, territory expectations, travel requirements, and even internal culture challenges. Third round with the Director of Sales — significantly different experience. The interview ran short, was largely one-sided, and left no time for candidate questions. I asked one in my follow-up email. It was never acknowledged. After the final interview, the Regional Sales Manager followed up twice confirming she was connecting with leadership and would circle back. She never did. No formal decision was ever communicated.

I went through 4 interviews, they’re no joke, challenging in a good way. Very thorough and seem to be a strong group of leaders. They really want industry specific experience. Come prepared & confident.
