At first I was interviewed by telephone by human resources. Then I was interviewed on screen via my computer by two people from the company. Two days later I went for an interview in person to the company's premises. The interview took place in a meeting room in which up to five people interviewed me. One came during the interview, one left during the interview. The main interviewer spent a great proportion of the time saying "umm". He was very casually dressed, with shorts and short sleeves. His right arm was full of tattoos. He also demonstrated a certain lacking in general knowledge (not work or job related). After that I met my main interviewer's supervisor. He was also tattooed.
