Series of phone interviews prior to being asked for an in-person interview panel. The recruiter called very quickly and setup the initial phone screen. After that I was scheduled for a second phone interview with a VP that had an IT and security background but was not the hiring manager. Had I been asked back for the third interview, I believe it would have been with the hiring manager or another VP level within the company. I was not asked back for the third interview.
