1st round was with the HR. She asked some behavioral questions and was mainly interested to know what can you contribute to the company. Second round was with the design manager and he dint ask anything technical. It was just a friendly conversation getting to know each other.

Mostly 2-3 rounds, first a general background check with HR, followed by the department head of design a more detailed one where they ask basic like what will you be adding to the team and finally with the director.
