Initially, there was a phone interview and they called for a 1:1 where I met a panel considering a group of three(And they were friendly and gentle) and they started to ask me questions regarding testing

Entretien
Applied through University and then they contacted via phone and fixed a day for telephone interview. The test lead and senior manager interviewed over phone and then they send an email on technical task to complete in 2 hours. The technical task was to write test cases, SQL and to write a bug report.Based on that task, invited for a face to face interview which was highly technical. They came with print out questions on paper which had to be filled.
The role I applied was for graduate vacancy but the questions was of a test lead level.Unfortunately, I could not clear the interview.They said they do not have resource and time to train someone.
Anyway, the working environment seems good.
