Entretien
I had two interviews. First, with the engineering team. They were a delight. We talked about our experiences and covered most of the questions in a conversation format.
Immediately after leaving, I got a callback for a second interview with the VP. This was a less technical interview. We talked about my experience and what JadoPado was trying to do. We talked about our shared interest of video games. It was a hoot.
Before I was out of the building, I got a job offer. They sure work fast!
Both interviews were informal and comfortable. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Entretien
Started with a telephonic interview, which were some basic questions about your qualifications etc, one question stood out "Are you incredible?"
Then you are given a take home exam usually a set of solutions to provide in a language of your preference.
Next comes an interview with the VP
And then with the CEO

One quick point, around the "Are you incredible" question, that isn't something that we typically ask at any stage whether at application or otherwise. A touch pointless, as someone isn't really going to say "No", are they!
