Interview process was a 'team' effort of both partners. Lots of one partner talking and the other being quiet. The only notation taken during the interview was when I mentioned some freeware tools for SEO web site evaluation. I guess these guys don't have enough knowledge of the industry on their own or don't know where to look for in free SEO tools?
