I submitted my resume online and was selected for a 1st round phone interview. I could not make the listed dates/times because I was working full time and wanted to respect my current employers scheduling needs. They were very understanding and accommodating and I was able to schedule my phone and in person interview around my previous full time-schedule. The interview process was transparent and organized. The 2nd interview was an in person and I was able to meet everyone at once! This was a huge relief since I did not have to come multiple times in order to meet or interview with other staff members. Furthermore, everyone cleared their schedules in order to meet with me and I did not have to wait. I was impressed by how respectful this company was of my time and schedule.
