I recently got a call from a recruitment consultancy regarding a job offer for the AI/ML role for Jade global Hyderabad. I was informed the interview will be in person at the Hyderabad office. I said ok because I was desparately looking for an opportunity. I was also checking reviews about the company in Glassdoor and other websites. Many have written negative comments about the interview process and mentioned it as a time pass and the company does not take the interviews seriously. I was hesitant to go for the interview but like I said I was looking for one breakthrough in my career. So I went on Sep 1 st 2023 to the office. The first round was a test. The questions were from ML, MLops, Azure and NLP. I really did very well and got to know i scored 97 percent that evening itself. So later I checked with the team for three days regarding my interview schedule but they kept on saying some random reasons and did not schedule it. It's very very unethical for a company to do in this. Interviews are not for time pass. Like many mentioned in the reviews, it's totally waste of time and at the end you will have only disappointment. I sincerely suggest everyone if you get a call from Jade global, please ignore. I feel it's a spam.
