-Completed a phone screening interview. They asked general screening questions -Completed a second hour-long interview with a staff member and a VP. Straightforward questions that asked about experience and interest in the role. There was a 3rd round of interviews which seemed unnecessary with respect to the pay grade. I wish this interview process respected my time a little more
