Received a call through a recruiter, who I met with first. Following that meeting, they set up the company interview. What sealed the deal in my opinion was the fact that they prepped me beforehand. Since I was the 3rd or 4th candidate to interview, they were able to share direct feedback with me on what they liked and disliked about the other candidates that had interviewed. I was able to use this (along with my own skills and style) to ultimately win them over and get the offer.
