Phone interview after contact with recruiter. Professional and extremely personable. I was given a lot of information about rate of pay, travel compensation, and expectations that have turned out to be very accurate.

Entretien
It was a pretty easy interview. I met the manager at a Kroger and we discussed what the job would be etc. She answered all of my questions and I ended up getting the job!
