Very well structured. Each interviewer had a role to play. Combination of technical and behavioral questions. People in the office were pretty laid back, casual and friendly. It started with a phone interview with the hiring manager followed by on-site interviews; all 1:1s about 6 of them each last close to 45 minutes.

Overall, underwhelming and long interview process. Took 7 weeks total, beginning with a phone interview then on-site interview for 90 minutes. Company would not let me know of an offer or rejection, and eventually a recruiter responded to me. This is a very long time to keep a candidate waiting.

Manager was very nice & good communicator. He will try to understand you and asking professional questions regarding the position. BUT BUT BUT, definitely not for the supervisor! Asking questions that put candidate into embarrassed & awkward situation, after that just keep quiet. From the starting of the interview ald got biased & stereotypes towards your background & working experience. Should learn how to gain respect from people before she can find a good assistant for herself.

Phone screening occured with first human resources contact before moving onto interview with manager and remaining team. We discussed the job and qualifications and my work history and experience. The purpose of the interview was to determine if I was a good fit.
