Contacted by internal HR recruiter and asked for availability to interview. Provided multiple options. Recruiter thanked me and said she would followup. Recruiter never followed-up; ghosted me as candidate. I understand that many things happen while recruiting but it is completely unprofessional to ghost a candidate after you have contacted them. Looks bad for the company.
