put through an online screening as the 1st round of interviews, followed by an zoom interview, then an in person interview with two people at their physical location, just to see the job reposted 2 days later, and got the email after the job had already been reposted. I can respect being told no to a job, but it was a long process over the course of a month to be rejected. Exactly one week later I got he standard 'thanks not no thanks;. I replied to that looking for feedback rather than an auto generated rejection email saying this is not how I handle the interview process.
