I applied online, which included a standard application and a few page questionnaire to determine if you are a good fit. Mostly questions to do with what will you do in this scenario out of these four options. A couple days later I get an email requesting a phone interview. I click on a link and choose from some days and times. After getting a confirmation for the phone interview I was surprised to see I never got a call. No response from an email I sent afterwards. Unprofessional and rude to have me wait while I could have been doing something else with my time.
