It was a fantastic interview. It had the formal setting where the chef decides if you’re a good fit for the role and discusses the personal side of employment. Then you have a brief cooking portion of the interview where you are given approx. 30min-1hr to cook something delicious. For me, the sous chef and head chef tried my dish and liked it.
