Found out about the job from a recruiter, submitted my resume to their team and then the recruiter called me to screen me for the interview. That took about an hour, if not more, and they really liked my answers. I ended that call not sure if I would hear back, but I did get an email from them a few days later telling me that the property manager at the community wanted to meet with me.

They were prompt and thorough. They were very kind and enthusiastic. Overall a great interview experience. They knew what they were looking for and weren't afraid to ask tough questions to make sure the interviewee was the right fit.
