The interview process itself involves a siple program but the method of selection is very vague and opaque. I was interviewed by a "senior" developer with very little knowledge and experience. The feedback was incoherent with the values that the company they resemble with integrity and transparency not a big part of it. Avoid this company.

I’ve been interviewed for a role in July 2024. I failed the role and the feedback was that I said that I wasn’t actively looking for a new role. Which is wierd. Anyway, I thank them and stayed where I was. December 2024, a recruiter proposed me another (?) role with them and I said I am interested (no hard feelings after all). They replied that I was already interviewed for that role. Very weird approach to my application. After all, things might change after 6 months.
