Applied online followed up with a Skype interview with two people one from jump foundation and one from educo. Jump foundation was professional whilst educo was not the most. Offed a job followed by no communication for a few weeks tried to get on contact with educo about my start date had no response after two emails emailed the jump foundation and got a quick reply. Educo got back in contact with the job and to meet them when I land in the country had a meeting got told they would get back in touch shortly followed by never hearing g from educo again
