Was contacted by a recruiter from a contracted company. Ask general questions to see if I experience and knowledge aligned with with JTI was looking for. About 3 days later I had a Teams interview with actual JTI recruiter who was located in Poland. It last about 30-45 minutes and was asked a lot of the normal leadership and behavioral type questions. The same day I got an email to take 2 different assessments. A "general ability" and a "behavioral" style assessment which were timed. The personality one was pretty straightforward and simple. However, the general ability was anything but general. There was 24 questions and you had 34 minutes to complete. It evaluates your numerical, deductive, and inductive reasoning skills, focusing on problem-solving, logical thinking, and ability to interpret data under timed conditions. Which is a nice was of saying, very hard. Once that is gone over they will do another Teams meeting in a panel style setting and if you make it that far they will bring you onsite for a site tour.
