Initial contact was made by HR of JT Packard who reviewed a resume on an internet job site. HR staff was very knowledgeable about the position offerred and open with position wage details. Interview process continued to several phone interviews with regional managers and area directors. 1:1 interview with regional manager of Phoenix led to offer letter being tenured by company.
