Pretty cool interview process. In person and video were the mediums. I’d say it was pretty conversationalist style. So it wasn’t too difficult. I’d recommend them if someone were to ask me about JPMorgan.

Don’t waste your time! I submitted an online application and received a phone message from a recruiter to call back regarding my resume. Next day I received an email indicating they enjoyed talking to me ( even though we never spoke over the phone)and they were not moving forward with my application. I responded to email indicating I never interviewed or spoke to a recruiter and I requested to speak with someone. I then received an email indicating they were not moving forward , no explanation provided. I have 20 plus years in the financial industry as both a manager and financial advisor yet so this lack of follow up and communication was not acceptable to me. Dodged a bullet with such an unprofessional organization!
