Made it through three rounds. HR, first interview with managers (who were less experienced than me) and second interview with potential colleagues. The colleagues were not very curious or engaging and asked for a walkthrough of my portfolio… which is a document meant to travel without supervision and contains stories of projects.

After submitting my application, I had a recruiter phone screen followed by a 1-on-1 with the hiring manager. The final round was a panel interview with a few other team members.
