Did the Code for Good Hackathon, most people on the team got in about 2-3 weeks later. Doesn't require too much skill, just be a good communicator and work with your team, shine occasionally

it was pretty competitive didn't make it past the onine assessment. they are very encouraging but the difficutly level was high. they first shortlist on the basis of resume, then online assessment and then there is a online hirevue interview at the last is the hackathon that they conduct at their mumbai office. the partipaticipants who make good bonds and connection with their mentor during the hackathon are the ones who get an offer letter.

Apply -> OA -> Code For Good Hackathon -> Internship Offer. Process was smooth and much better than other traditional Software Engineering pipelines. Each team in the hackathon has JPMC employers assessing you.
