The recruiter advised me the interview process would consist of 3 interviews, one from the recruiter, one from the hiring manager, and then a final one with a few team members. I made it past the 2nd interview only to be ghosted by the company for over 3 weeks. After sending a 3rd final follow up email, I finally was told the company was going in a different direction.
