Recruiter arranged initial 1-on-1 interviews.
Interviews with project lead, programmer, and manager. Phone screen from remote team member.
Very open work environment. Was as much a sales pitch to me as it was an interview. Basic background questions followed by some deeply specific technical questions.

Entretien
Did a phone screen with the group director, went fine. He is very high level and not detailed.
Ask to do an onsite. Waited 30 mins for them to bring me up (should have been enough for me to leave)
No room ready for the interview, no list of people ready to do the interview. Disorganized and inefficient.
Then the interviews. 4 hours of people that had no idea why they were interviewing me and what to ask. Some just wanted to show how much they knew while others just talked about themselves. How they could determine anything from the process is beyond me.
