I was first contacted for this position only 3 hours after I applied online for it. I answered a couple of basic questions such as finance background and my organizational skills. An interview was then set up with the hiring manager for the next week. The hiring manager was half an hour late on the phone interview but I still had time so I continued. It was the basic talk me through your information and then he explained about the position. While his description had some aspects of the job description I applied to, it was quite different than what I expected and not something I wanted to do. He also did not know what position I was applying to and he had to look it up. After that it was time for me to ask questions about the position I just learned about. Overall I do not think it was a good process and I expected more from JPMorgan Chase.
