The process was relatively organized. I applied online and then got two emails about phone interviews. They were both with analysts who had attended my university. They were very conversational and went well. Then I got an email about a Super Day at the office. It consisted of three half-hour interviews with five people total. The questions were mostly behavioral, asking for my background and for general knowledge of the market. However, there were some technical financial questions that I could not answer. One of the interviewers was quite opinionated and did not make me feel welcome, but the rest were very kind and conversational. However, I did not hear back from the company for 3+ weeks. I decided to email one of my interviewers to see what was going on. Instead of responding, he forwarded the email on to someone else to deal with who only told me I had not been selected after consistent prodding. I found this very unprofessional and rude. After taking a day off of classes, driving for 3+ hours, and spending hours preparing, it would have been polite of them to at least send me a rejection email.
