Phase 1: meeting with the department head to discuss the department operations and my contribution in the department and in the company.
Phase 2: conduction a presentation in order to grade my competencies and skills.
Phase 3: Meeting with the CEO to brief me about the company and its operations as well as making sure that I would be representing the company in the market in a good way.

why did i want to join the company? what did i hear about the company outside in the market? if i am willing to just join and learn their technicalities and leave later on ?
