My interview experience for a position as an associate went very well on JM’s side of things. I’ll get into that in a moment. I would like to commend the HR and Talent Acquisition teams for their sense of urgency, promptness, and professionalism before, during, and after the interview/offer process. The department supervisors and managers were great to speak with, and the whole interview process was easy. The only hiccup was due to the 3rd party used for background checks. I had sent in all of my needed documents for review, and they sat on it, stating I was lacking a copy of my diploma (which I’d sent and confirmed it through their portal twice). It was a poor experience, but of course JM stepped in and made things easy. The HR representative personally took care of the background check documents and I was able to start on time.
