After applying I was required to complete an online test, based on "managerial" decisions rather than engineering questions. Once I passed that stage I was invited to the formal interview, which was overall a very streamlined process in a fancy hotel, based on a group task, an individual test and a personal interview.

the process was easy and smooth at the end it didn't go like hiring manager's off the record call. it may be changed because of the current situation in the automotive sector.

You fill in the online application and then you get an email to complete some online tests. If you are successful you'll be invited for an interview / assessment day.
