First approached via online professional networking site, exchange of emails, followed by a HR lead Telephone interview, invited to and passed assesment centre, to then be invited to a functional interview where told no roles existed

Had to prepare a 15-20 minute presentation, within an interview that lasted roughly 1.5 hours. Interview questions were not too challenging and generally thought it went well. I was told a decision would be made within a week. I was then informed nearly 3 weeks later, with no updates from HR in that time, only to be told they would not be taking my application further. I requested detailed feedback twice, but never heard anything back and was essentially ghosted. Very disappointed considering the time and effort invested in this application. I expected better from JLR.
