Phone interview with HR. Then a challenging online test before phone interview with the hiring manager.
Take the practice tests provided. I am not sure how they are used, but I imagine most people don't do too well on them.
3 interviews all done by zoom, all were quick and the hiring managers just asked a few questions about myself and resume. They asked about my commute time. It was causal, no STAR story questions.

Smooth and simple interview process. Complete online using Microsoft teams. Questions were not too technical and the interviewers were both very friendly and welcoming making me feel comfortable from the beginning.
