A good informal chat with a new competence based questions. Very friendly employee who I worked for during the first 12 months at the company. Overall, great interview and got offered the contract.

Online test followed by another second test which was done at the companies office in Gaydon in the presences of the HR staff, two interviews which were done with two managers of the business, competency based questions were asked, followed by a small on the spot analytical test in which you were asked to save the business X amount of money, not too difficult, you just had to shift some projects around, delay projects etc
