Casual , done in a coffee shop , a little distracting and loud at times. This was an in person interview and was the first interview so I was a little surprised that they had asked me to come in person . This interview lasted almost the whole hour scheduled but despite assuring me that they would let me know their decision I did not hear back at all despite sending a follow up email the following week . Radio silence , very disappointing from a brand I quite admired .
